This policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases made on autofliper.com. Credits are used to feature listings, publish additional listings beyond your free limit, and other paid features on the Site.

Unspent Credits

If you purchase credits and have not yet used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Contact us and we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Spent Credits

Credits that have already been used (for example, to feature a listing or publish an additional listing) are non-refundable, since the service has already been delivered.

Partial Refunds

If you purchased a package of credits and have used some but not all of them, we can only refund the credits that are still unused, provided the request is made within the 14-day window above.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number. We will review your request and confirm your current credit balance before processing.

Listings

This policy covers paid credits only. Removing or unpublishing a listing does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of any credits already spent on it.
